1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy is issued by Misbahu Tijjani Muhammad (hereinafter referred to as "MESVARH," "I," "my," or "me"), an individual developer operating from Kano, Nigeria. I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting the personal information you share with me.

This single, unified Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published under the MESVARH developer account. My apps are organized into three distinct groups:

• Group A (Islamic Apps – Ad-Free): Taskar Tarihi Annabawa, Taskar Tarihi Watanni, Taskar Tarihi Ramadan, Mu'ujizar Al-kurani 1 & 2, and Dr Nasir Kankarofi.
• Group B (Hausa Books): Magana Jarice, Ruwan Bagaja, Ilya ɗan Maikarfi, Jiki Magayi, Suda, Mazan Jiya, Kundin Tsatsuba, Matsatsubi, and Malukussaifi 1, 2, 3 & 4.
• Group C (Games): Kacici kacici.

By downloading, installing, or using any of my Apps, you explicitly agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information I Collect

To provide core functionality, analytics, and advertising, my Apps process the following data:

Automatically Collected Data (All Groups – A, B, & C)

When you use any of my Apps, third-party SDKs automatically collect: Device model, Android OS version, unique Android Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, app crash logs, and interaction events (e.g., screen views and button clicks).

Sensitive Permission – Contacts (Group C – Games Only)

The game Kacici kacici requests access to your device's contact list. This permission is only used for specific in-game social features (e.g., sharing scores or inviting friends). I do not upload, store, or share your contact list on any external server; this data remains strictly on your local device and is processed in real-time solely for the feature you initiate.

Google Play Games Data (Group C – Games Only)

When you use Kacici kacici, the Google Play Games SDK collects your player ID, game achievements, and leaderboard scores to provide a synchronized gaming experience across devices.

I process your data solely to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the performance of all 20+ apps.
• Understand aggregate user behavior to fix bugs and optimize user experience (via Firebase Analytics).
• Display relevant, non-intrusive advertisements exclusively in Groups B and C (via Unity Ads).
• Provide gaming leaderboards and achievements in Group C (via Google Play Games).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce my Terms of Service.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share data only:

• With the authorized third-party SDK partners listed in Section 3 for analytics, advertising, and gaming services.
• If required by law, regulation, or legal process (e.g., court order).
• In the event of a transfer of assets (e.g., sale of my developer account).

6. Data Retention & Security

Data collected via Firebase, Unity Ads, and Play Games is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by applicable law. I implement commercially reasonable technical measures (such as encrypted data transmission via HTTPS) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your GDPR Rights (For EU/UK Residents)

As my Apps explicitly target users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, I comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR. Under these regulations, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of your data.
• Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how I use your data.

Legal Basis: My legal basis for processing data via Firebase Analytics and Play Games is Legitimate Interest (to improve app stability, user experience, and gaming functionality). My legal basis for Unity Ads is Consent (which you grant upon first app launch).

8. Your CCPA & CPRA Rights (For California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California consumers have specific rights regarding their personal information:

• Right to Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information I have collected about you in the past 12 months.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain legal exceptions).
• Right to Correct: Correct inaccurate personal information I hold about you.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: I do not sell your personal information. I also do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your prior consent.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information: I do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., SSN, precise geolocation, biometrics) except for the contacts permission in Group C, which is strictly processed locally and not used for inferring characteristics.
• Non-Discrimination: I will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

9. CalOPPA Compliance (California Online Privacy Protection Act)

CalOPPA requires me to disclose the following:

• Privacy Policy Accessibility: This policy is easily accessible via a link on my Google Play Store listing for every app.
• Effective Date: The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the effective date.
• Notification of Changes: If I materially change this policy, I will notify you via an in-app notice or an updated Play Store description. Changes will not take effect retroactively without your explicit consent.
• Do Not Track (DNT) Signals: As my applications are native mobile apps (not websites), they do not recognize or respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. However, you can prevent interest-based advertising by Unity Ads by using the Android "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting in your device's Google Settings.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Age Restrictions)

My Apps are intended for users aged 13 and above. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided me with personal data, please contact me immediately. Upon verification, I will delete such information.
